Rising Actor Abhay Pratap Verma Practices Meditation at Brahma Kumaris’ Vile Parle Centre

Rising star Abhay Pratap Verma is fast becoming one of the most exciting new faces in Bollywood’s 2025 debut lineup. Hailing from the small town of Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh, he is now set to play the lead role in a major Bollywood film.

Today, the emerging actor visited the Brahma Kumaris’ service center in Vile Parle, Mumbai, where he practiced Rajyoga meditation. Senior motivational speaker BK Karina Didi guided him through the meditation with a powerful commentary session.

BK Karina Didi also introduced him to the organization’s spiritual activities and engaged in an insightful discussion on spiritual knowledge. Both BK Karina Didi and BK Pratibha Didi presented him with a divine token of appreciation.

BK Dr. Deepak Harke and BK Vikas Bhai were also present on this special occasion.

Abhay has already started shooting for his debut movie, where he plays a dynamic lead character named Abhin. The film, being shot in Delhi, Mumbai, and Paris, is under a top OTT + theatrical platform — although he can’t reveal the production name just yet due to legal agreements.

“Over 20 auditions. Endless look tests. Rejections. And then… the call came. I was in,” says Abhay with a smile.

Education has been as important as passion for Abhay. His journey looks like this:

• Children’s Academy, Lakhimpur Kheri (1st to 8th grade)

• Resonance, Kota (9th–10th)

• Ajmani International School, Lakhimpur Kheri (11th–12th)

• Currently: Fashion Designing at Amity University, Noida (Graduating in 2027)

“Classes in the day, shoots at night — I’m running on ambition, not sleep,” he laughs.

Abhay has done professional modeling with brands like Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra, but films were always the real dream.
