His expertise encompasses mega project execution, claims management, commercial risk assessment, contract administration, engineering insurance, and surety bonds. With deep knowledge of complex contractual ecosystems and project lifecycle management, Hemaprasad has consistently enabled organizations to mitigate risks, improve governance, and maximize commercial outcomes.

A recognized professional in large infrastructure and advanced energy projects—including Pumped Storage Projects (PSPs)—he combines strong engineering capabilities with strategic business leadership, making him uniquely positioned to lead operational transformation in an increasingly technology-driven insurance landscape.
