Sanjana Basavaraj, an 18-year-old from Pune, embarked on her modeling journey in 2022, driven by a deeply personal mission. Her passion for modeling was ignited at the age of 12 when she read a poem in her English textbook that celebrated fair beauty. She noticed, to her dismay, that there was no mention of dark beauty. This carelessness struck her as significant, prompting her to search through her textbook for any reference to beauty that resonated with her own skin tone. The lack of representation made her question the societal norms surrounding beauty.
Sanjana ignored the negativity and continued to pursue both her studies and modeling career with unwavering determination. Today, she is a 2nd-year MBBS student, balancing her academic pursuits with a flourishing modeling career, all with the unwavering support of her parents. Sanjana firmly believes that "if you can dream it, you can achieve it," and she continues to break stereotypes proving that beauty is not defined by skin color but by confidence and perseverance.
Alka Satija’s journey as an educator and writer is a journey that tells of her passionate creative spirit that has defined her life. Her dual commitment to teaching and writing has not only impacted countless young lives but has also made a significant contribution to the literary world.
For Alka, teaching is not just a profession, but a vocation that she holds close to her heart. Her story, one of lifelong dedication to the pursuit of knowledge and the power of words, is both inspiring and deeply moving. The Slicks Company Presents Glamour Fashion Icons Season
The Slicks Company Presents Glamour Fashion Icons Season 2, which was an enormous success, showcasing the finest of fashion and culture on August 23, 2024, at The Fern Residency, Pune. The beauty pageant, directed by the talented Mr. Dnyaneshwar Chavan and organized by the dynamic duo Kajal Korde and Tanvi Mulay, brought together over fifty contestants from various parts of India and abroad.
The opening act of the event was a mesmerizing Ganesh Vandana performed by students from Veera Dance Academy. Their graceful movements, paid worship to Lord Ganesha, the remover of hurdles and the patron of arts and intellect. One of the unique aspects of this beauty pageant was its celebration of India’s unity in diversity. The contestants, hailing from various states across the country and even overseas, showcased traditional attire from different regions of India.
The evening culminated in interviews conducted by the Chief Editor of Marathi 9 News, Shivanand Rathod, and Sub-Editor Sachin Ubalesar. Their interviews offered a glimpse into the hard work, dedication, and passion that went into making this event a success. The Super Women Award Show and Sawan Queen Contest Season 2
On 25th August 2024, the We3 VJS Events team successfully organized the Super Women Award Show and Sawan Queen Contest Season 2, an event that was not only a celebration of beauty but also a tribute to the achievements of women from various fields of life. It was held at the prestigious Hotel Ashok in Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur, the event became a significant highlight in the region, bringing together some of the most inspiring personalities, with the spotlight on a famous Bollywood and television actress, Apara Mehta. She is known for her iconic roles in television serials like "Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" and "Anupama" (where she played the beloved character Malti Devi), Apara Mehta’s presence added an undeniable charm to the evening.
The event was brilliantly planned and executed by the dynamic trio of Veronica Michael, Jayshree Nair, and Shubbhangi Zade, who left no mistake and ensured that it was a night to remember. From the initial preparations to the final moments of celebration, their dedication was evident in every detail of the evening.

A dynamic and talented dancer, who has become a celebrated figure in the Indian dance community. Born on February 14, 1995, in Pune, Maharashtra, Rutuja's journey from a middle-class upbringing to the limelight of reality TV dance shows is a testament to her dedication and passion for dance.
Rutuja grew up in a supportive family environment that encouraged her artistic inclinations. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Fergusson College, Pune, showcasing her versatility not only in arts but also in academics. Her dance journey began early; at the age of six, she started formal dance training, exploring various styles such as folk, Bharatnatyam, hip-hop, contemporary, and western dance. She also gained fundamental knowledge in Latin dance forms, adding to her diverse repertoire.
Rutuja's professional dance career took off in 2016 when she participated in the dance reality show "Dance Maharashtra Dance." This platform served as a stepping stone, leading to appearances in several other popular reality shows including "India's Dancing Superstar," "Dance Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega," and "Dholkichya Talavar." Her performances captivated audiences and judges alike, earning her recognition and praise.

Namya Foundation is a group of companies under which Namya Magazine exists which was founded by Puja Kumari on 15th February 2022, and co-founded by Nikita Mukherjee. The name Namya itself serves the purpose as it means ‘worthy of honor’. We as a foundation appreciate the writers’ and artist’s creative and amazing skills. Poetry and writing competitions are also run under the foundation. Here we select the writers and artists according to their merit before publishing their work whose sole motive is to provide new perspectives and add value to the society.

Puja Kumari is hailing from Bihar. She is a 20-year-old Ambitious Girl. She was a student of jawahar Navodaya vidyalaya.She is a founder, Author, poetess, co-author, and Hindi writer. Her hobbies are reading and writing. Now she has completed 30+ anthologies as a co-author and 40+ anthologies as a Compiler. Her 35+ books have been published on Amazon and Notion Press. She just launched her debut book Alfaaz-E-Muskan and the book is hitting the market of readers.

Nikita Mukherjee belongs to West Bengal. She is an English Graduate who is a passionate, prolific creative writer and has left her mark on various anthologies under different publications. She has co-authored in more than 40 anthologies and compiled one anthology named ‘Dream of a Brown Girl’.She loves to try and experiment with new forms of poetries. Also being an avid reader, she writes book reviews too.
