Actor Rohan Rajput wins Griffin and IWC Influencer Awards 2026, devotes award to his late mother in an emotional and motivational speech !!

Mumbai: Actor, influencer, and entrepreneur Rohan Rajput won the prestigious Impactful Celebrity Influencer Award at the Griffin and IWC Influencer Awards 2026, held in Mumbai on 22 January 2026. The moment turned deeply emotional when Rohan dedicated the award to his late mother, Poonam Rajput, who passed away after battling cancer a few months ago.

Visibly overwhelmed while accepting the honour, Rohan said, “This award is for my mother. She always believed in me and gave me the values that shaped the core of who I am today. She had immense faith that one day my blood and sweat would be appreciated, because she saw how hard I worked to build my place in the entertainment and social media space.” His heartfelt speech resonated strongly with the audience, drawing widespread appreciation.

Rohan Rajput was recognised for his contribution to society as an inspirational personality across entertainment, social media, and entrepreneurship. A doctor by qualification, Rohan has successfully transitioned into acting and influencing, carving a unique identity through determination, discipline, and consistent effort.

Calling the moment a matter of pride, Rohan shared that receiving the award from Tushar Gandhi Ji, the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, made the recognition even more meaningful. “Winning an award from Gandhiji is a huge honour for me,” he said.

The actor also reflected on his journey of recognitions over the years. He was previously acknowledged at the National Creators Awards 2024 under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and at the ISKCON Creators Summit 2025 under Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, though he did not win on those occasions. “I was recognised earlier, but now finally winning this award feels truly special,” Rohan added.

Rohan Rajput received major acclaim for his performance in the 2024 Bollywood web film “Are You His Mom” on Hungama OTT, which earned him several awards and critical appreciation, including recognition as Best Realistic Actor at the Hong Kong Film Festival 2024. His work as a parallel lead in web series such as Frozen Feelings, Avyakt, and Pyaar Ke Panne, released in 2025 on Hungama and Wave OTT, further established him as a household name.

On the work front, Rohan is currently collaborating with veteran actress Hema Malini on her OTT documentary and show “Dream Girl Dream Run”, scheduled for release in late 2026. He is also busy with two untitled OTT projects for Amazon and Hungama OTT, and will feature in a romantic music album slated for release in April 2026.

Beyond films and web series, Rohan is highly active on social media and serves as a digital brand ambassador for several well-known brands. He frequently graces national and international events as a celebrity guest and anchor. His recent appearance at Amity University in January 2026 witnessed massive fan enthusiasm, with students thronging to catch a glimpse of him.

Apart from acting, Dr Rohan Rajput is also a successful entrepreneur, running his own fitness venture, GuruG Fatloss Studio and Gym, in Delhi. Deeply attached to his mother, Rohan honoured her memory by getting a tattoo on his right arm reading “Mom’s Hero Boy”, written in her handwriting.
