A unique and emotional celebration of Raksha Bandhan by social worker Jagdishbhai Bariya (Jaggu Dada): ‘Dadano Darbar’ became a gathering of brother-sister love
The festival of Raksha Bandhan is a sacred festival of unbreakable affection, trust and protection between a brother and a sister. But there are some people in the society whose lives lack a brother or sister on this day. To bring happiness to the lives of such helpless and lonely brothers and sisters, a highly commendable and emotional program was organized by the well-known social worker Jagdishbhai Bariya (aka Jaggu Dada).
Once again, ‘Dadano Darbar’ was held by Jaggu Dada, which this time was specially organized on the occasion of the holy festival of Raksha Bandhan. The most special and touching thing about this program was that Jagdishbhai had specially invited 'brotherless sisters' and 'brothers without sisters' to this court. A noble effort was made to make this festival memorable by connecting those who had no one to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with each other.
The program organized on this occasion created very emotional and loving scenes. The sisters performed collective aarti of the brothers with faith and affection and wished for their long life and happiness and prosperity.
Then the sisters tied the Raksha Sutra i.e. Rakhi on the wrists of the brothers with great love. When the brothers and sisters were tying Rakhi to each other, a different happiness was seen on everyone's face and emotion in their eyes. The intimate relationship of being together in each other's happiness and sorrow was formed at this moment.
Many social leaders were also present on this special occasion and they appreciated this humanitarian work of Jagdishbhai Bariya. Jaggu Dada honored the sisters present by giving them gifts and assured them of being always ready for their protection and help.
This 'Darbar' of Jagdishbhai Bariya (Jaggu Dada) has become not just a program, but a living example giving the message of love, unity and humanity in the society. Those who did not have any sisters or brothers, got a new family and lifelong protection from this Darbar. This unique celebration of Raksha Bandhan has received great appreciation in the entire parish.
